App not working

Im using the iPad version.
When I try to download an issue it starts, gets half way then just stops with no warnings.
When I try to subscribe it says it cannot connect to iTunes Store, even though I am connected to the Internet and the iTunes Store (Im able to write this review!)
Want this to work but have it give it the lonely one star for now.
